William "Bill" Custer

CUSTER, William "Bill" Franklin, 83, of Wheeling, W.Va., passed away on May 18, 2011 in the Ohio Valley Medical Center, Wheeling.

He was a former employee of the former Wheeling Transfer and Gast Bakery, a member of the Pleasant Hill Methodist Church, United Methodist Men's Foundation and a U.S Army veteran of World War II.

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by a sister, Grace Nething and a brother, Robert Custer.
